Every body has unique needs, capabilities and limitations. We teach students to develop body awareness and adapt movements to their fitness level. This approach allows students to safely gain strength while avoiding injury.

One size does not fit all when it comes to fitness. Through nurturing a mind-body connection, students learn to listen to their bodies and safely challenge themselves. Every student gains strength and experiences success at their own pace.

Your Studio

Each 50-minute class fosters the mind-body connection essential to overall well-being. If there is a specific body part you would like to focus on, or a muscle you’d like to strengthen, let the instructor know. This is your class – your “me” time!
