Reformer Class

STRENGTH AND STABILITY
CARDIO BARRE
Using the Universal Reformer, these classes challenge with a contemporary approach to the classical Pilates method. Find your love-hate relationship with spring resistance and discover muscles you might not have known you had.
**Please be sure to choose classes that are an appropriate level based on your experience, fitness level and any injuries you may be recovering from. Your health and safety are our primary focus.**
Tower Class
This all- level class takes you through a total body workout using the progressive resistance of springs on the Pilates TOWER. Focusing on building strength and stamina while teaching the foundations of Pilates, this class will have a continuous pace and moderate tempo. Modifications will be provided and students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
*Appropriate for MOST students (barring existing injuries or conditions- check with us if you’re unsure). The Pilates Barre reserves the right to direct you to private instruction to learn fundamentals before you continue in group classes for your own safety.
Recovery Class
This all-levels class is the perfect break from your day! The goal of this class is to recharge and slow down, helping you release stress while gaining balance and flexibility.
Barre-X Class
TRX. Where Barre meets TRX meets Pilates! This class will push you to new heights…the control of Pilates and the intensity of barre with just enough strength to challenge and push your upper body and core. It’s the mix you didn’t know you needed.
Wunda Chair
Wunda Chair is a full body, challenging, fun workout (emphasis on the “work.”) Focusing on functional movements, spring and body weight exercises, and balance challenges, the chair goes after both the big muscles and the smaller, stabilizing muscles. Expect to lunge, lunge, squat, push, pull, and more.
