Yes, we have instructors that can take you through a one-on-one session but we shine best in our small group classes. We are all about building an inclusive community where everyone feels like they are welcome.  There is something incredible about having the energy of awesome people cheering you on or swearing under their breath right along with you to take your Pilates practice to the next level.   99% of our clients find that a class is the perfect starting point. Our classes are intentionally kept small so that we can provide individual attention in each class and are able to modify based on what your body is needing that day.

Have a bum shoulder, sensitive back, quirky hip? We created our Stability and Strength classes just for you, think of it as a Level 1 class slowed down and customized to your body. We will give you the modifications you need to make Pilates feel good on your body.  There is a good chance we will remember in your next class and offer a modification before you even ask.
