HOW DO THE MONTHLY AUTO PAY ACCOUNTS WORK?

There are no contracts for our auto-renewal memberships that are purchased at full price. You will select your card for auto-pay and the membership will renew automatically each month. We do require 30 days’ written notice PRIOR TO YOUR AUTO-RENEWAL DATE to cancel. You must e-mail phoenix@basipilatesacademy.com. Discounted auto pay accounts require a 12-month commitment before they can be canceled.

If you register for a class and are waitlisted, you will be sent both a push notification (on the app) and an email once you are taken off of the waitlist (as long as you have your push notifications turned on and have opted in to receive emails). HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?

You can cancel your class by logging into your account. Our cancellation  window is 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class. Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are charged a $15 Late Cancel fee. No-shows are charged a $30 fee. Our cancellation policy serves as a Good Neighbor policy.
